Join us this October Half Term for fun family activities
Garden Games
Challenge your family and friends with our fun outdoor games this summer in our gardens. Tuesday and Fridays though August from 10:30-15:30. Weather dependent. Admission is free but donations are welcomed

Beowulf Puppet Show
Rattlebox Theatre presents part of the famous Anglo-Saxon epic ‘BEOWULF’ in this small but perfectly formed adaption! This show employs engaging storytelling, combined with clever puppetry; using many beautifully made puppets, sets and props.

Brought to you by Rattlebox Theatre
Storyteller Dave Oliver and medieval musician, Steve Tyler; will weave engaging folk stories of dragons with a live musical accompaniment on a variety of early instruments- including hurdy Gurdy, harp and percussion.. Entertaining for young, old and middle ages!

Cathedral Safari and Eagle Eye trails are available daily.

Fun for the whole family this October Half Term at Rochester Cathedral
Coronation Street Party
Please note this event is very popular and it may be necessary to queue outside the Cathedral
We will be opening their doors all day on the 6th May for people to come and celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III.
Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic and a blanket along to the Cathedral to join others watching the Coronation. The Nave will be emptied of chairs allowing groups to picnic in the medieval Cathedral.

Come and join multi-award-winning children's author Onjali Raúf, as she takes her place by the Lampedusa Cross to talk about the real-life places and people who inspire her writings and works, and replenish her hopes for a world open to helping all refugees, and ending the inhumanities of racism.
