Women in Scripture exhibition inspires over Holy Week

Over Holy Week a special exhibition entitled Women in Scripture: Paintings, Poems and Anthems was exhibited at Rochester Cathedral.
The exhibition was created by The Rt Rev’d Dr Graham Kings, Hon Assistant Bishop, Diocese of Ely. It celebrates seven extraordinary women of the Bible using stunning paintings by Silvia Dimitrova, original music by Dr Tristan Latchford and poems by Bishop Graham.
The seven women feature in either the Old or New Testament and are; Sarah, Miriam, Ruth, Esther, Magdalene, Lydia and Priscilla.
Throughout Holy Week the paintings were used as part of a series of reflective talks featuring original music.
