21hrs per week (part time)
Salary £30-35k pro rata
Fed up with travelling long distances to work or working long hours? Looking for a new and exciting challenge? Then this is a rare opportunity to join Rochester Cathedral in the newly created role of Human Resources Manager. The postholder will provide a wide range of HR advice and support to the Chapter Clerk-Executive Director, who is responsible for all aspects of the organisational management and leadership. The person we are looking for will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and be knowledgeable in all aspects of HR, be a strategic thinker and have excellent communication and personal skills.
