The reopening of our Cathedral
After 3 months lockdown, we are delighted to announce that the Cathedral reopened its doors today for private prayer and to light a candle.
At 10am Dean Philip said a short prayer, the great West Doors were opened and the first visitors welcomed.
Presently, the Cathedral will be open 10am – 1pm, Tuesday to Sunday and we are hopeful that this will be extended in the coming months. Certain area of the Cathedral remain closed, partly due to essential renovation work that was delayed during lockdown.
