New Chairman of the Rochester Cathedral Trust
We are delighted to announce that Richard Oldfield OBE DL will be the new Chairman of Rochester Cathedral Trust. He was appointed at a meeting on 9th July and we are very pleased to have him take over all the hard work that the late Michael Aiken started.
Richard Oldfield is chairman of an investment management firm, Oldfield Partners, and is a director of Witan Investment Trust plc. and Shepherd Neame Ltd. He is a trustee of several charities including the Prince’s Trust, Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, and Canterbury Cathedral Trust; and is president of Demelza Hospice Care for Children. He has been Vice Lord Lieutenant of Kent since 2011 and lives in Doddington, near Faversham.
